Drilling company Goryzonty completed the first service shop in Western Ukraine

Drilling Company Goryzonty LLC has completed its service shop, production, and technological base for the maintenance and repair of telesystems and screw downhole motors (GVD). Also, a laboratory was purchased to service the TV system at the customer's premises.

Recall that the service workshop for repair and maintenance of Horizonti drilling equipment is the first and only in Western Ukraine.

In addition, Horizons Drilling Company has set up an inclined-directional drilling department and provides a full range of well drilling and drilling operations. The company owns advanced equipment and tools for drilling inclined wells in sections with diameters from 311.1 mm to 120.1 mm.

The department includes highly qualified staff with experience in leading international companies.

According to the company, the following equipment is included in the technological department's arsenal:

Directional Drilling Equipment:
1. Telemetric system DrillTek - Canadian production, with available sizes of non-magnetic weighted drill pipes (NOBT) and short NOBT: 3 ½ (88,9 mm); 4 ¾ (120.7 mm); 6 ¾ (171.5 mm); 8 (203 mm).

2. DYNOMAX screw downhole motors - with oil-filled spindle sections of the following sizes:

• 3 ¾ (95 mm) with 7/8, 2.3 configuration;

• 5 "(127 mm) with 7/8 configuration, 3.8 with solid rubber;

• 6 ¾ ”(171.5 mm) with 7/8 configuration, 5.0 with solid rubber;

3. DYNOMAX screw downhole motors - with open spindle section of the following sizes: 8 (203 mm) with 6/7, 5.0 configuration

4. Licensed Software - KellyDown ™ for good design and hydraulic calculation.

5. Non-magnetic size 5 7/8 ”(149.2 mm) and 8 ¼” (209.5 mm).

Equipment for measuring the wellbore trajectory:

• Gyrotracer HTHP gyroscopic inclinometer with an outside diameter of 50 mm with a maximum working temperature of 205 ° C and a maximum working pressure of 1500 atm (possibility of orienting the branches and providing the service of cutting "windows" in casing);
• Autonomous winch (Slickline unit) of explosion-proof version with a wire length of 7500 m;
  
• Lubricator with mechanical preventer working pressure up to 35 MPa;
  
• MAN off-road truck with manipulator to deliver equipment and install lubricator on the fountain;
  
• Circulation transients for lowering the inclinometer into a well with an anti-aircraft angle greater than 60 degrees; The production and technological base for the maintenance and repair of TV systems and GVD is completed. Purchased field lab for teleservice on customer premises.
