Participation in the SPE Central Ukraine Section event on the topic of Well Workover. Challenges and Approaches.

On July 2, SPE Central Ukraine Section organized a meeting of well workover specialists on the topic «Workover. Challenges and approaches».

The event was initiated by Oleksandr Shtepulyak, Chairman of the Lviv SPE Chapter.

Speakers:

Valeriy Kyslytsyn - leading engineer-technologist for workover operations, Oranta LLC

Andriy Pavliuk - Head of Ukrnafta-Service, Director of the KRS-Service branch

The discussion was attended by Igor Huk, Serhiy Kravchuk, Volodymyr Machyshyn, Serhiy Kozyrets, Mykola Hrynda, Valentyn Mytsiuk, Taras Nikolyn, and Ivan Stenyk from Zakhidnadraservis Group of Companies.

They discussed well workovers, atypical cases of process disruptions during workovers and its elimination, and operational and technological challenges.

In the context of the existing risks related to safety, environment and efficiency, the discussion of workover issues and approaches to their solution is extremely popular. Such professional involvement allows us to form a comprehensive vision of the problem and generate effective solutions.
